Weather Cancellation

I understand that Grindstone MTB may cancel camp due to adverse weather concerns and that I will receive a full credit towards a future camp in that instance. I understand that Grindstone MTB will provide as much advance notice as possible but will not be responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses related to attending camp.

I, the undersigned, agree to the terms above.

Cancellation Policy

In an effort to preserve the integrity of your experience Grindstone MTB does not overbook camps to anticipate cancellations. Grindstone MTB requires email ([email protected]) notification 14 days or more prior to your camp date in order to be eligible for a credit. Credits issued are valid for camps in the same calendar year. No Refunds will be given. Within 14 days of camp, no credits or rescheduling are available. You will not be issued a credit or refund if you do not meet the camp prerequisites and cannot participate in camp. Please consider purchasing the optional purchase protection that is available at checkout if you have additional concerns.

I, the undersigned, agree to the terms above.

"Friendly Fraud" (disputing a valid charge with your credit card issuer rather than following the terms of sale) will be pursued in local Magisterial or Criminal Court as applicable. Please consider Purchase Protection as an alternative option.

Add Purchase Protection for a small fee and get a 100% refund of your event purchase if you're prevented from attending due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance. See all that's covered.
